What Is Your ‘If I Win the Lottery’ Dream? Here’s One of Mine

Everyone dreams about what they would do if they won the lottery. Some of the desires are universal- -pay bills, take care of family, buy a home, travel, give to charity, some are just too strange to talk about!

I have some little dreams. For instance I quite often daydream about what it would be like to take a shower in an upstairs bathroom with an actual finished ceiling, where there is heat in the winter. I also wish I could do laundry in my own home instead of going to a laundromat. As I said- -little dreams. Occasionally something will trigger larger, more complex mental meanderings.

This weekend, that something was a live broadcast from a new energy-efficient home built by Stencil Homes. This place has my dream kitchen with double ovens, (convection and regular) as well as a gas cooktop, hidden pantry, lots of counter space and a large island within reach of everything!

It also had a wonderful two-sided fireplace which opened into the livingroom and a 3 season room/porch. I didn't even need to see the rest of the house, it had me at--kitchen! So if I ever win the lottery, I'm ordering myself a kitchen just like that- -oh- -and of course that upstairs bathroom where I won't freeze my niblets off in the wintertime!
