What is the Sioux Falls Great Snow Gate Debate [PHOTO]

The people will vote on snow gates on April 8th, 2014. So, on April 9th, 2014 where someone asks "were we suppose to vote for something today?" you can answer "Oh Yea, that was yesterday."

That means it's time for The Sioux Falls Great Snow Gate Debate! So, let us...um...do something...like find out what that means. Are we talking about a gate for snow, made of snow or a guy named Snowgate?

Is it a Watergate type -gate. Could it be Snow Gate-gate?

Is it like voting to decide when and if to change the oil in the plows?

Oh! is it a magical entrance to winter wonderland? Where is this mythical gate?
