The National Insurance Crime Bureau released its list of the top ten most stolen vehicles in the country in 2011. The most stolen car was the 1994 Honda Accord.

It may be a surprise that an 18 year old car was the most stolen in the country. Are the thefts stealing the same handful of cars from each other over and over? Are they big Fast and Furious fans? Its more likely because it is easy to break into and the parts are very valuable.

There were three Pickups on the list. The 2006 Full Size Ford was the third most stolen vehicle. The '99 Chevy and 2004 Dodge come in at numbers seven and eight.

In South Dakota the number one stolen vehicle was the 2000 Full Size Chevy pickup.

And look out! the '98 Sebring was the ninth most stolen car in the S-D.
