Contrary to the geeky-cool persona I work to cultivate, I enjoy sports. Especially watching professional sports. It's exciting and fascinating to watch the best of the best compete. It's inspiring to see people fight against adversity and come from behind to win or play their hardest even when losing is imminent.

But, what often ruins sports for me is the peripheral junk. Mainly sports reporting, and post-game press conferences. I really can't believe that players and coaches subject themselves to to that goofball gauntlet.

That's why this video from The Kicker is so spot-on. In it, the great Weird Al Yankovic stars as Grizzled Coach. Alongside him is Star Player and Bench Player Who Had a Surprisingly Good Game. They give variations of every answer to the same questions always asked by the parade of generic reporters at every post-game press conference.
