It's summertime and that means we have more access to great fresh fruits and veggies.  In Sioux Falls we have some great Farmers Markets where you can pick up delicious fresh fare.

If you are like me you're always looking for easier ways to clean foods.  I've found the easiest way to clean foods is to wait until my wife does it.  But that doesn't always work. So I found this video very helpful.  What do you think?
