Scam artists are always looking for different angles to trick people, and it appears they are at it again in Sioux Falls.

This time it's a group of youth in the community that have been soliciting donations at area shopping venues in the city.

According to officials from the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sioux Empire, these individuals are in no way affiliated with the Boys & Girls Club or Youth Enrichment Services.

Representatives from the organization want to make sure the public is aware that the Boys & Girls Club does not solicit for donations in that manner.

The mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sioux Empire is to nurture, educate and enrich children and youth for lifelong success.
