Watch a Protection Dog Do His Job, On my Arm

My love for service and protection dogs was rekindled after watching the movie Max over the weekend.

I decided to visit my friend Jerry James at Dakota K9 Academy, in Sioux Falls SD. Jerry trains dogs from basic obedience, to well, you name it.

In this video a black Belgian Malinois named Jag is attracted to my sleeve protected forearm like a magnet. This breed of dog is the same kind featured in the movie Max.

You can see the discipline and training in action while I shake Jerry's hand 3 times with no reaction from Jag. But in a split second when I attempt to shove Jerry, Jag let's me know that kind of move will not end well for an attacker.
