On the show Wednesday morning I asked the question, "Does anyone else besides me sneeze when they first walk out into the sunlight?"  And a number of you responded back saying "yes."

Doctors say there's no real reason for the sneeze.  It's really nothing more than a "strange thing to do."  Nonetheless, they have come up with an official medical term for this condition:  ACHOO.  Really!

ACHOO stands for "Autonomic Dominant Compelling Helio Ophthalmic Outburst."  That's medical talk for "sneezing when you see the sun."  And, again, it doesn't mean you have a disease, it's just something certain people do.

And now you know!

If you're like to learn more about ACHOO, here's a link to a website on the subject matter.
