The first day of Fall has come and gone, schools back (finally) and the football season is in full swing. That means it's time for homecoming and homecoming parades. Or does it? Do schools still do a parade?

Anyways, I've found another gem in the deaths of YouTube. It's from one of my favorite Youtubers, bustedpick. This time we have video of the 1989 Canton, South Dakota Homecoming Parade.

The parade includes the band, with the drummers knocking out the cadence (watch those lines and stay in step!). Then there's a float with what I'm guessing are the homecoming king and queen. After the court passes a pickup declared Alco's support of the Chawlks. Up next are some younger kids with a sign and circles in a spinning themed presentation. Also, look for the cheerleaders on a trailer and a guy driving a car!
