Throwback Thursday – Hanson ‘Give A Little’ (2011)
It's my birthday and I'll play Hanson if I want to.
This song isn't quite as old as some as the other Throwback Thursday songs, but it's one of my favorites from the band and I wanted to help broaden non-Hanson fan's horizons. I think this song is a crowd pleaser.
It shows a more mature Hanson, but it's still fun and if you really listen to the lyrics, it's a little dirty. Hey now!
"Give A Little" was released in 2011. It was the second single off of Hanson's fifth studio album Shout It Out.
The music video is just dance party mayhem! Hanson isn't particularly known for their dancing, but they pull it off by letting pros take over.

The band also recreates some elements from the Shout It Out album cover using the same colors and imagery. Family members as daughters and sons, brothers, sisters and wives are also pictured dancing on the video as well.
