I am so jealous of this reporter from The Today Show. He got to hangout with the cast!!!

I love The Sandlot. It came out in 1993. I was 7.

Honestly, I don't remember seeing The Sandlot until a few years later on VHS. I think we recorded it from HBO or something. The Sandlot is one of those movies that didn't blow up huge at the box office, but it grew in popularity over time.

I also remember The Sandlot being important to me because, well, cute boys were in it. I think I had a crush on a different character every time I watched it. Of course, Benny 'The Jet' Rodriguez was cute. But Smalls had his moments, Yeah Yeah was cute. And honestly, I think Squints is the reason I have a thing for guys in glasses!

The movie has so many good one liners and I learned some of my best insults from this movie! For example, "If my dog was as ugly as you, I'd shave his butt and teach him to walk backwards" or "You bob for apples in the toilet...and you like it."

And probably, the most quoted line from the movie, "You're killing me, Smalls."

I am the worst person to watch the movie with because I will quote the whole thing!

I think my favorite scene is the 4th of July scene. Ray Charles' version of "American The Beautiful" is the best! Fireworks are one of those things that never lose their magic. At any age, a good fireworks display can make you stop and say, "Wow."

It's amazing to see all the guys back together again! Some look exactly the same and some I was like, "Whoa!" Yeah Yeah is ripped, you guys.

Seriously, though. Where is Benny/Mike Vitar)?

I suddenly want a s'more. Weird.
