Teacher Suspended for Sleeping During Class

Remember back in High School, you had that 1 class that you just couldn't stay awake in? The Teacher would catch you sleeping and either kick your desk to wake you up, send you to the principals' office or give you detention. I remember history class was extremely difficult to stay awake in because, well, it was right after lunch. So what would happen if the Teacher was caught sleeping?

Well a H.S. science teacher in Weston, Florida was suspended for 2 days without pay for falling asleep. How did he get caught...well the students snapped photos of him snoozing away.  The teacher told the school board that he was exhausted due to being up most of the night with his infant who wouldn't go to sleep.

The board ruled he failed to supervise his students and disrupted learning in the classroom, and suspended him for misconduct in office and incompetence.
