Tara Reid may not get much paid acting work anymore, but she's still welcome to hang out in the TMZ offices, where she entertained staffers by bashing fellow insurance liability Lindsay Lohan.

When Harvey Levin's crew showed footage of LiLo retrieving her car from a tow yard in Brooklyn (which, if you've ever driven in Brooklyn, is not at all an uncommon occurrence), Reid lashed out.

"She should have a driver by now," Tara rasped. "She crashed one of my friend's cars!"

That friend was one of Lohan's alleged sugar daddies, Domingo Zapata -- who, according to Reid, didn't really care about the wrecked ride. "I just don't think people should get away with that much," she lamented. "It's like, come on."

So why was Tara harshing on La Lohan so hard?

"We don't like each other," Reid explained. "If I get drunk, I'm a happy drunk. When she gets drunk, she's just mean. She's so paranoid, she takes her drink whenever she thinks anyone has a camera phone on and just drops it in an ice bucket. You can't just go attacking people."

Reid also admitted that while her own party girl rep has done major damage to her career, she's somewhat bitter that Lohan's boozy persona hasn't rendered her unemployed: "She keeps getting chance after chance after chance after chance ... my story keeps getting stuck with me."
