Golf season will be here (eventually) in the Upper Midwest, and ESPN 99.1's Jeff Harkness talked with Todd Kolb from USGolfTV.com about a wide range of topics from the links, starting with the late winter weather we're having and what effect it will have on spring golf.

It is also going to be an abbreviated high school golf season in South Dakota.  We're less than a month away from the end of the season, May 20-21 with the Boys Class B State Tournament  at the Brookings Country Club, the Class AA Girls at Hillcrest Golf & Country Club in Yankton, the Class A Girls at Pine Hills Golf Course in Milbank, and the Class B Girls at Edgebrook Golf Course in Brookings (the AA and A Boys competed last fall).

On the national golf scene, people are still buzzing about The Masters and Adam Scott's dramatic win.  His victory also re-ignited the long putter debate, and whetheror not it has a place in the game.

Todd Kolb joins ESPN 99.1 every month with the latest from the golf world.
