‘Scream’ TV Series: MTV Greenlights Pilot, Directed By Wes Craven?
'Scream 4' might have failed to carve out any real attempt at reinvigorating the franchise, with its relatively poor box office performance and moderate critical reception, but that isn't stopping MTV from taking another stab at it. Almost one year after the rumors first began to bleed out, we've learned that MTV has given an official pilot order to a potential 'Scream' TV series, including an offer for horror master Wes Craven to direct! 2013 MTV Movie Awards Winners
The 2013 MTV Movie Awards winners, though by no means as hyped as, say, the 2013 Oscars, are a fun affair nonetheless. MTV’s ‘Buckwild’: Special to Air Sunday, Producer Lashes Out Over Cancellation
Very late last night brought the news that MTV's 'Buckwild' would officially halt production, canceling the series after the tragic accident that took the life of 21-year-old star Shain Gandee and two others via carbon monoxide poisoning. Today MTV has issued its official statement on the matter, with plans to aid a special dedicated to Gandee this Sunday, but producer J.P. Williams had some harsh words for the cable network over the cancellation of MTV's 'Buckwild.'

Just over a week ago brought the tragic news that 21-year-old 'Buckwild' star Shain Gandee died of accidental carbon monoxide poisoning, along with his uncle and a friend in rural West Virginia. Following the tragedy, MTV postponed a decision on 'Buckwild's' second season, but now it seems the network has officially decided to halt production on the Appalachian reality series.

Terrible, shocking news to report this afternoon that we sadly wish was an April Fools prank, but is instead all too real. 21 year-old West Virginia native Shain Gandee, memorable star of MTV's freshman reality series 'Buckwild' was found dead this morning in a vehicle, along with several others identified as his uncle, and an unidentified third man. The cause of death has yet to be reported, but we'll bring continued information on this bizarre, and tragic story inside.
