A few years back, a group of us at Results Radio went on a swamp boat tour in Louisiana to see gators close up. I remember when the tour guide stopped the boat and put whole, skinned chickens on a pole and held them out over the water. We were a bit nervous when the brush and vegetation along the river bank began to move. Several gators then swam toward our glass-bottomed boat in an effort to be the first to get the viddles-on-a-stick.

This tour guide takes it to the extreme by jumping in the water and feeding the gators by hand! At one point the guide puts a marshmallow in his mouth and lets one of the gators snatch it away.

Obviously, wildlife officials are not thrilled so don't try this at home. Unless you have a pair of brass ones and a gator handy.
