Surveillance Video Released of ‘Person of Interest’ in Sioux Falls Murder Case

56-year old Kari Kirkegaard was murdered in her Sioux Falls home Saturday (March 15) and today (March 19), police have released a surveillance video of a 'person of interest' in Kirkegaard's death.

Kirkegaard died Saturday and her body and the crime scene was discovered Sunday at her home at 709 S. Garfield Avenue.

A vigil will be held tonight (Wednesday) across the street from where Kari lived at Garfield Elementary at 6pm. The community is invited to attend.
