Strangled Sioux Falls Woman Blacks Out, Wakes Up in SUV

Two people attacked a woman during an altercation at a residence on West 16th Place.  

Sioux Falls Information Officer Sam Clemens says the incident occurred Monday morning involving a man and a woman who strangled the 30-year-old victim until she was unconscious.

The woman blacked out and woke up in an SUV.  She tried to escape, but the driver had deployed the childproof locks.

Police have charged 32-year-old Donald Wise of Crooks and 30-year-old Heather McBeth of Sioux Falls for aggravated assault and kidnapping.
