I attended Stomp last night at the Washington Pavilion with my two girls. I played drums in High School and have always wished I had the talent that these performers have. They don't just have talent, they have it to the extreme!

The cast of Stomp literally can make a beat from anything. Not just garbage cans and lids but they use items such as kitchen sinks, newspaper, basketballs, plastic bags and of course their hands. They have amazing timing, at one point I lost track of how many items they were playing and throwing in the air to each other while keeping a perfect beat!

The show will keep you entertained the whole time and had my girls on the edge of their seat! We were drawn into show as if it was hypnotizing us. Not only do they make music out of ordinary items but they add humor and a ton of crowd interaction.

It's one show that I can say no matter what age you are, you will enjoy this show. I highly recommend going.

They are playing at the Washington Pavilion again tonight, November 14th at 7pm. Call them at 605-367-6000 or online at www.washingtonpavilion.org for tickets.
