Oh, it's on.

Donald Trump had some harsh words for Stephen Colbert in a recent Time magazine article. How'd Colbert react? With some harsh words of his own.

Colbert, who got some serious headlines after he made a racy joke about the president earlier this week, went after Trump on Thursday's episode of The Late Show and the gloves came off, as he pulled no punches, including this gem: “Since all of my success is clearly based on talking about you, if you really want to take me down, there’s an obvious way. “Resign.”

Check out Colbert's entire response below.

Jimmy Kimmel was also talking about Trump (another late night show host doing comedy about the president? What are the odds?) and put together this "all-purpose commencement speech" for graduations he won't be able to make.

On The Tonight Show, Jimmy Fallon was focused on Mother's Day with a bit called "#MomQuotes," which captured some hilarious tweets about moms.
