South Dakota Mystery of Who Shot the Sheep?
A very strange mystery is currently leaving investigators looking for answers. It involves the shooting of animals on a South Dakota ranch.
Hughes County authorities are investigating the shooting of ten sheep belonging to a Pierre area rancher.
Connie Weldin Carroll says that someone shot ten ewes in a pasture. Seven were shot in the head and three under the chin.
She says her family doesn't have any enemies, and she's at a loss as to why someone would do such a thing.
A $1,500 reward is being offered for information in the case.
