South Dakota Firefighters Benefit Present ‘Burn’ [VIDEO]

The South Dakota Firefighter Benefit present the documentary 'Burn.'  'Burn' is a Tribeca Film Festival Audience Award recipient.

This documentary, produced by Denis Leary, follows the lives of Detroit firefighters for a year.  Detroit was one of the hardest hit cities when the economy crashed due to the auto industry taking a fall.  The city is now left with numerous empty residences and business that are targets for arson.

The film will play in two shows on May 31 at 8 PM and June 1 at 7 PM at the Washington Pavilion.

Tickets are available for $15 at detroitfirefilm.org/events or for $20 at the Washington Pavilion box office the night of the show.

A portion of all profits will go to the Leary Firefighters Foundation to purchase new equipment for firefighters.
