Skimming Devices Found on Sioux Falls ATMs

As you can see the tweet did not say which two ATMs or banks. Sioux Falls police later tweeted that the banks were in southwestern Sioux Falls and the Secret Service is investigating. As of now they don't believe any cards were compromised.

I don't use ATMs a lot, but I do now and then. But between me forgetting to get my card out of the machine after getting my cash and now these skimming devices being installed, I think I'll just go inside and talk to the nice teller, get my cash from them, and pick up a handful of tootsie rolls while I'm at it.
