Sioux Falls Re-Elects Mayor Mike Huether

Mike Huether will serve another four years as Mayor of Sioux Falls.  In Tuesday's election, Huether had 55 percent of the vote.  Greg Jamison received 45 percent of the vote in the mayoral race.

The use of snow gates was among the issues on the election ballot.  75 percent voted in favor of snow gates.  24 percent voted no on the use of snow gates.

On the issue of building an outdoor pool at Spellerberg Park, 71 percent voted no on the issue.  29 percent wanted to build a new outdoor pool.

Regarding the rezoning of property at 85th Street and Minnesota Ave. from agricultural to commercial, 64 percent voted in favor of the rezoning.
