Sioux Falls Police Officer Sam Clemens says a19-year-old resident faces multiple drug charges following a Sunday morning home invasion.

During Monday's Police Media Briefing, Clemens says police responded to a home invasion at an apartment on South Louise Avenue. Clemens says a man left his apartment to smoke and that's when he saw five to seven suspects try to break in. The man then entered the apartment and barricaded himself and an 18-year-old woman in a bedroom.

Clemens says most of the men left the apartment when the woman told them she had called police. When the couple came out of the bedroom, the man got into a fight with a suspect. The woman, according to Clemens, used a kitchen knife to stab the suspect. They then moved the suspect into the hallway.

Police arrested two 17-year-old suspects from Tea and Brandon. One of them was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.

Later on, Clemens says police officers had a search warrant for the apartment. They found 15 to 20 grams of marijuana, eight grams of hash, three grams of hash oil and one thousand dollars in cash. Officers also discovered ecstasy, LSD and equipment to make hash and hash oil.

Clemens says 19-year-old David Zutz was arrested and charged with multiple drug related charges. Clemens says the 18-year-old female has not been found at time. She faces similar charges.

Clemens says the investigation is continuing to locate the juveniles
