Sioux Falls Police are continuing to look for the suspects wanted in connection with passing counterfeit bills in the city.

Police Information Officer Sam Clemens says Taco Bell on West 41st Street is the latest business to be given a fake bill.

"This was a similar description we received earlier..a car with three people in side of it tried to pass a fake 100 dollar bill. The clerk was able to recognize that it was one of those motion picture use only bills. They did not give the restaurant employee any change. The employee held onto the bill and called police. The people in the drive thru took off."

Clemens says the recent number of counterfeit bills in Sioux Falls is making clerks and restaurant employees on the alert.

"People have been more aware that we have these fake bills around. They are taking the extra time to make sure the bill is real before it is accepted."

So far, Clemens says authorities have not identified the suspects with the fake bills yet.
