Sioux Falls Police arrested on man over the weekend in connection to fraudulent credit cards. They are also searching for a second suspect.

"There was a business in the 1900 Block of South Marion Road that had two individuals come in and tried to buy some product with what the store employee determined was fraudulent credit cards," explained Sioux Falls Police Captain Loren McManus.

That's when police were called to the business.

"Officers arrived on scene and we were able to make contact with one of the individuals we think is responsible. That person through the investigation was found to have several credit cards in their possession."

"Based on the facts of what the officers found, the man was charged with two counts of fraudulently obtaining services. He had 18 counts of identity theft for credit cards that were in his possession. He also was charged with 19 counts of possessing forged instrument which are cards he had already tampered with and made fraudulent."

McManus identified the man as 22-year-old Rioger Mulen-Perez.
