Sioux Falls Police Officer Sam Clemens has identified the second suspect in Sunday's shootings.

"We've had an arrest warrant issued for 19-year-old Tyrique Eugene Wright of Sioux Falls. He is suspected at being the other shooter from Sunday's incident where we had two guys that were shooting at different places."

Clemens says Wright is considered dangerous.

"He shot up a house that had people inside of it. The warrant was issued for aggravated assault and shooting at a house. So, there is a 50 thousand dollar bond that was attached to that. At this point, we don't think there is any specific danger to the public. But, he shot at an occupied house and we really don't know what he will do in the future."

In another incident, Clemens says a pipe bomb was discovered in a vehicle that was traded in at a Sioux Falls Auto Dealership.

"They had a car that came in on a trade in. When they were cleaning it, they found this pipe bomb. They did the right thing by calling police. The officer ended up conferring with the bomb squad. We have the device now. The bomb squad will be looking at that.  It seems to be a real pipe bomb that was discovered."

Clemens says someone could have been hurt or killed if the pipe bomb was detonated.
