Human trafficking is a horrible crime. In South Dakota we are lucky enough to have US Attorney Brendan Johnson tirelessly fighting to end human trafficking and all of its ugliness.

And now Sioux Falls native Pat Lloyd has also taken up the noble cause. In the audio below Pat explains how and why she got involved with bringing awareness to the plight of human trafficking and how she commissioned country singing star Steve Azar to write and sing a song to promote this cause.

Pat Lloyd's conversation on The Ben & Patty Show:

Steve Azar's describes his song this way:

'The Sky is Falling' is an emotional and heart wrenching song that address the difficult topic of human trafficking. It explores the truth of the subject matter, yet leaves us with hope.
