Police are searching for three suspects in connection with a Thursday morning robbery of a Sioux Falls man, who was also beaten.

"He had been with a group of people." Police Spokesman Sam Clemens explained. "Sounds like a friend knows who they are. But, the friend wasn't there. The man and two women ended up pushing our victim to the ground. They punched him a few times, kicked him, and then took his cash."

Clemens says the victim provided this description of the three suspects.

"A Native American man in his twenties, 6 foot tall and weighing 150 pounds, a white woman in her twenties, 5'11" and weighing 130 pounds and another white woman, around 23 years old, 4'11" and weighing 290 pounds."

The incident took place in the 200 Block of North Spring Avenue.
