The website Livability.com has compiled a list of the top 100 cities in the United States to live - and Sioux Falls is ranked #10. Other South Dakota cities making the list - Rapid City at #16, Aberdeen #52, Watertown #62, and Brookings #89. Rochester, Minnesota came in at #1.
