Sioux Falls Free Smoke Alarm Program

Sioux Falls Fire Rescue is providing a free smoke alarm installation service to people in Sioux Falls that live in  single-family, owner-occupied homes. The SFSR does this encourage fire safety and to minimize life risk and property damage associated with home fires.

Sioux Falls Fire Rescue reminds everyone to check their smoke detectors every month and to have a practiced escape plan in case of emergency.
