Sioux Falls Police Officer Sam Clemens says police are searching for a disorderly driver who showed a handgun and fled the scene of a one vehicle crash.

"A truck was tailgating a woman. That guy went around her and cut her off. He then got out of his car with a handgun. He didn't actually point it at her, but he had that handgun, so she could see it. He drove away. Near the University of Sioux Falls Campus he ended up crashing his truck and disabled it. He then left the scene. We know it's a white man but we're still working on who he is."

In another incident Clemens says a woman was reportedly assaulted by a co worker in the parking lot of John Morrell.

"We had a woman that left work. As she got into her car, a co worker jumped in the passenger seat.  He ended up groping her and then took her cell phone. As she tried to get her cell phone back, he went to his car. She followed him and he tried to pull her in tjo his car. She was able to get away and get her cell phone back."

Clemens says 34 year old Fidel Toyi of Sioux Falls was arrested and charged with simple assault and sexual contact.
