Sioux Falls’ Deer Survey Asks if Killing Deer is OK, Then Asks if You Want to Protect Animals
The City of Sioux Falls has a problem with an overpopulation of deer in the southern end of town along the river. Yesterday they held a press conference to talk about how they are going to deal with the problem. One solution may include police officers hunting the deer with rifles to help reduce the population.
Last night I took the deer survey the City of Sioux Falls has posted on their website. The second to last question of the survey asks "How strongly do you support or oppose the lethal removal of deer in Sioux Falls?"
Immediately after finishing the survey the site forwarded me to this page, which I'm sure is not intentional in any way.
I love accidental irony.
