Sioux Falls Apartment Manager Struck with Crowbar

Police are looking for a man who attacked an apartment property manager in Sioux Falls over the weekend.

Officer Sam Clemens says it happened as the property manager was checking a building in the 1000 block of East 6th Street around 3:30 Saturday morning.

Some problems have been reported in the building, with people either sleeping or hanging out in the laundry room.

When the manager found a man outside the laundry area, he asked what the intruder was doing there, and the man hit the property manager in the head with a crowbar.

Clemens says police are looking for a Native American male 35 to 40 years old, 6'3" tall and weighing around 220 pounds, with short buzz-cut hair.

There was no word on the property manager's injuries.
