Sick Dad Surprises Daughter for Her Wedding

A man named Andre Pearson from Omaha, Nebraska, who is a heart failure patient has been at Mayo Clinic since March 2015, initially was too ill to leave the Rochester, Minnesota hospital to go to his daughter’s wedding in California. He was told he had a year to live and was too ill to qualify for a heart transplant. The plan was for him to watch the entire ceremony online.

Well a few days before the wedding he was doing much better and his care team decided to explore whether it might be possible for him to make the trip after all. With the right game plan in place, they determined that it was. Andy the heartwarming moment was caught on video.
