Shutdown Talk Over, Switch to Guns in Sioux Falls City Hall

It stands to reason that Sioux Falls is concerned about safety at Carnegie Town Hall.  The latest rumblings from the City Council include some help from the state legislature about regulating guns within the walls of city government.

On Wednesday October 9 in Long Island, New York a man was distraught about trees being removed from his property.  He was charged with making a terroristic threat and the town hall was evacuated as a precaution.

In August of this year, three people in Pennsylvania were killed in a town hall shooting.

Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin is debating the same subject as Sioux Falls.  Following the logic of other communities that are looking into protecting themselves, Sioux Falls city leaders are wise to consider safety measures as well.
