   THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A

   * SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF 
     FAR NORTHWEST IOWA
     SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA
     SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA

   * EFFECTIVE THIS THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY MORNING FROM 720 PM
     UNTIL 200 AM CDT.

   * PRIMARY THREATS INCLUDE...
     ISOLATED DAMAGING WIND GUSTS TO 70 MPH POSSIBLE
     ISOLATED LARGE HAIL EVENTS TO 1.5 INCHES IN DIAMETER POSSIBLE

   SUMMARY...A FEW STORMS MAY PRODUCE ISOLATED SEVERE HAIL AND
   EVENTUALLY DEVELOP INTO A CLUSTER BY LATE EVENING WITH THE MAIN RISK
   BECOMING ISOLATED SEVERE WIND.

   THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 45
   STATUTE MILES EITHER SIDE OF A LINE FROM 5 MILES SOUTH OF
   MITCHELL SOUTH DAKOTA TO 25 MILES NORTHEAST OF WORTHINGTON

   THREATENING WEATHER CONDITIONS AND LISTEN FOR LATER STATEMENTS
   AND POSSIBLE WARNINGS. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY
