Justin Bieber wasn't kidding when he told Oprah during his 'Oprah's Next Chapter' chat that he was attracted to (possibly former) girlfriend Selena Gomez because she has a huge, generous heart.

The singer/actress/designer/UNICEF ambassador will host an exclusive, one-night-only concert for UNICEF in NYC on Saturday, Jan. 19.

The event will take place at the Best Buy Theater in Times Square, and marks Sel's third annual Acoustic Charity Concert.

"Nothing is more important than helping children in need around the globe. I’m thankful that I can use my voice to bring awareness and much-needed funds to UNICEF so they can continue their critical work. Together, with my fans, we can save lives," the singer said in a statement.

Tickets are fairly steep – they will set you back $100, which is way out of the price range and expendable income budget of the normal Gomez fan. But they are for a good cause. Tickets go on sale on Friday, Dec. 21.
