See Why Traffic Is Backed Up on 41st Street Near Louise Avenue

It has to be done, but Xcel Energy's services are needed near the almost always jammed 41st and Louise intersection in Sioux Falls.

Traffic from Shirley Avenue turning left onto 41st Street is having trouble also with all the cars jammed into the tight spot, but as you see in the footage, there is a small part that drivers can play if they are willing to sacrifice just a bit.

Needless to say, expect delays as long as there is a lane closure in this area, no matter what direction you travel.  Hopefully the delay will be temporary.
