SDSU Police Keep Their Facebook Page Fun

I like it when a police department, which has a very tough job, can keep things light on social media. If everything was straight hard information it would be easy to tune out.

A few weeks ago the Sioux Falls Police Department tweeted that they were helping Minneapolis police locate the Vikings defense during their playoff destruction in Philadelphia. In October the Vermillion Police Department live tweeted the action from Dakota Days and it was hilarious.

Yesterday I saw this from the South Dakota State University Police Department and it gave me a chuckle.

If you read the comment from that post the department clarifies that students could indeed bring illegal items in for disposal without fear of repercussions if they're trying to do the right thing.

That's also not the first lighthearted post.

As for this one, I agree there are other options for unfreezing frozen locks, but sometimes other options aren't available. (Maybe I've done it.)
