Santa Claus May Have to Put Wheels on His Sleigh This Year. Are We Headed for a Brown Christmas?

Meteorologist Todd Heitkamp with the Sioux Falls National Weather Service says from all the indications they're seeing much of the upper Midwest will experience above normal temperatures during the month of December.
