They were founded in 1996 in Memphis, Tennessee. They released their self-titled album on August 26, 1997 and it sold over 10,000 copies, prompting a major label to take notice and sign the band. After 20 some years, the band is still going strong.

Saliva is currently out on "Resurrection Tour" with Puddle of Mudd, Soil and Tantric but will be making a solo stop here in Sioux Falls for a intimate unplugged performance at Bigs Bar on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 7:00PM. This is your chance to hear songs like Click Click Boom, Always, Ladies and Gentlemen and hear the stories on how these hits songs were created and the inspiration behind them.
