Rick Springfield was in court this week to answer questions regarding a lawsuit filed against him.  A woman claims Rick's buttocks caused 'serious, disabling and permanent injuries.'

Yes, his buttocks.

Let me start by saying that I would pay Rick to put his buttocks in my face, but that's a weird fantasy of mine.

While performing at the New York State Fair in 2004, a woman named Vicki Calcagno accused Rick of falling on her at the show causing serious injuries.  Rick will usually walk over chairs in the crowd and play for the fans and needless to say, fans go crazy.  I know I do.

Calcagno originally sued Rick in 2007, and in 2013 a mistrial was declared because a new witness came forward.  The witness, Penny Anne Nolin, claimed she was also knocked down by Rick's butt at the same concert, but she was unable to confirm that Calcagno was injured.

The New York state Supreme Court jury ruled Friday that Rick didn't injure Calcagno.

After the trial, Rick gave an interview to a local TV station.  So, will he walk into the crowd at any more concerts?  Watch the video to see what he says.
