We know that Bruno Mars will be performing at Super Bowl XLVIII  for this years halftime show on Feb. 2. Well it looks like he's going to be getting some help from a band from Los Angeles, CA. According to L.A. Times, The Red Hot Chili Peppers have been added to the performance in New Jersey.

Mars is scheduled to make the announcement that he has invited the group to appear at the big game during Fox's coverage of the New Orleans Saints-Seattle Seahawks playoff contest on Saturday.

The band was already scheduled to play a pre-Super Bowl bash in Brooklyn on Feb. 1.
