Reach Literacy: The People Behind the Brewhaha

Reach Literacy presents the 5th annual Brewhaha!

Brewhaha is the annual fundraiser of REACH.  This unique event combines beer tasting, storytelling and socializing in order to raise awareness for their organization and the resources they provide in our community.

These funds provide the resources needed for one-on-one tutoring of local adults who cannot read. This year, the event will also feature raffle baskets, food and storytelling related to the theme: Journey to the Center of the Earth.

Meet another Brewhaha storyteller Vaney Hariri

Vaney has worked in sales and finance for over 15 years and is currently a sales supervisor for Wells Fargo. Vaney also wears many other hats as a musician, public speaker and has worked extensively in the areas of diversity and youth advocacy for nearly 20 yrs. He served as a member and chair of the Human Relations commission and was the 2014 recipient of the Mayors Leadership award.
