Quick Family Trip to Children’s Museum of South Dakota in Brookings

Last Friday there was no school so my family and I took the opportunity to run up to Brookings and go to the Children's Museum of South Dakota.

We had been there before, not quite four years ago, but my boys were two and three years old so they didn't remember it at all. Some things were the same or similar, like the giant "Our Prairie" room. Other things had changed, like the new-to-me Airway Adventure. It was a maze of tube that shot balls and cloths through a knot of potential paths and sent them flying out on the other side of the room. That was my favorite!

My boys both loved the auto repair room where they could replace tires and parts on a replica car. My daughter had the most fun making things in the Art Studio.

It was a really good time, I would highly recommend it!
