Billboard editorial director Bill Werde was incredibly proud of Pink, their 2013 Woman of the Year, and called her one of the most "punk rock" artists he's ever known. And she proved it in her acceptance speech for the honor.

When her big moment came, Pink did a body roll onto the stage -- in a dress -- and made it not about herself, but about feminism. "Just the fact that Billboard celebrates women every year is a win for me, it's a win for all of us. I am so incredibly inspired today by all of you ladies. This is an incredible honor, and I feel grateful that I've been able to participate in this game for as long as I have. I'm grateful if I have kept one girl from feeling different, or ugly or unempowered," she said, her eyes welling up.

She gained her composure and continued, expressing her wishes for the future -- one of which made hubby Carey Hart guffaw in the crowd.

"I wish that girls embrace their worth and power and their youth, and not sell it or barter it for anything and have to buy it back later in life. I wish for women to stop apologizing for those very things that make us women. I wish to be remembered for my humor and my passion, but most of all for my ability to go from angel to a--hole in 3.5 seconds -- but always for something I truly believe in."

As for her plans for the future? "I will be one crazy a-- grandma," Pink grinned. "I want you to picture this! Blue highlights, I will have f--- me nails, a really nice glass of wine, and I will tell anyone who will listen how a smartass from Doylestown, Penn. told everyone she was gonna be a star, and then Billboard f---ing magazine made her Woman of the Year. Thank you!"
