Nightclub goers in the Sioux Empire will have a new place to hang out starting Friday.

The all new PAve Bar will open its doors in downtown Sioux Falls on Friday, August 19, 2016. The owners decided to call the bar PAve since its located on Phillips Ave. and 10th street.

PAve can be found in the old Skelly's location, but once you get inside, it certainly will not resemble the old Skelly's. The new bar will feature three different levels.

The first level will seat between 200-250 people and will be called Factory Avenue.

People will be able to enjoy a happy hour at Factory Avenue every Monday through Friday from 1:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Drinks will be half off, with the exception of top self and speciality drinks.

If you feel like doing a little dancing, level number two is for you. That level is called Roxbury Avenue. It will feature live bands and a DJ. Another thing that will make Roxbury Avenue stand out will be the painted murals on the walls, and the metal work found inside. All of which is hand made.

The third level will not open to the public until sometime in 2017. It will be called Alley Avenue. Once finished, it will boast an outdoor rooftop area, complete with fire pits, benches, and couches for people to hang out on and relax.

The owners of PAve have set out to bring a different kind of nightclub experience to Sioux Falls with all three of the unique levels in the establishment. Their goal is to change how Sioux Falls residents hit the town.
