To prevent Justin Bieber and his goons from physically assaulting or hitting his peers, a paparazzo wants some sort of fine to hit The Biebs where it hurts most -- in his wallet.

The singer has been involved in multiple skirmishes and legal tussles regarding his behavior when it comes to the invasive photographers. Now, a lawyer for Jeffrey Binion, one of the photogs, who alleges Bieber's posse assaulted him in Miami, is asking the judge the award punitive damages to his client, which should deter the singer from lashing out at others in the future.

Binion claims that Bieber's bodyguard Hugo Hesny choked him out and demanded he delete pics he took of Biebs outside of a studio. According to WENN, Mark DiCowden, Binion's attorney, appeared in court today (April 1) and offered a list of 11 similar incidents between Bieber and the paparazzi in the last two years. He argued that imposing a monetary fine on the singer would force him to think before he acts when it comes to paparazzi.

Since The Biebs is filthy rich, one would assume that any sort of fine would have to be large in order for him to "feel" the impact. DiCowden said, "This is not a financial fishing expedition. It is well known around the world that Justin Bieber does not like to be photographed in public." Yeah, well, celebs who aren't thirsty usually don't.

Jared Lopez, who represents Bieber, cited the lack of evidence that Binion was physically assaulted or harmed and that there is no proof that Bieber told his goon Hesny to go after Binion, either.

Let's see how this plays out, folks!
